At Droozy, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of product delivery to request a return and refund.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Droozy Return Terms and Conditions

1. General Policy

1.1 At Droozy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund.

1.2 All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the product’s delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

2.2 Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition are not eligible for a return.

2.3 Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please refer to the product page for specific return eligibility.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of product delivery to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund amount will be credited in 7 working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@droozy.in.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail at sales@droozy.in .

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
